What AxiomLive is
AxiomLive is Softek's federal operations and maintenance and IT service management platform. Where Axiom builds the system and TestHive verifies it, AxiomLive sustains it in production: service operations, maintenance workflows and the day-to-day running of federal systems, with the architecture, data models and runbooks from delivery carried forward rather than rediscovered.

How it is engaged
- AxiomLive operates inside Softek's environment. It does not process client confidential data.
- No proprietary Softek runtime is required in the client environment.
- There is no separate software license or hosting fee. The Government pays for outcomes and deliverables.
- Deliverables are Government-owned and maintainable with or without Softek tooling. No vendor lock-in.
- All outputs are directed, reviewed and approved by Softek engineers.
