About This Role
Position Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Softek, you will design and build modern web applications serving federal agencies. You will work across the stack — React and Next.js on the frontend, .NET and Node.js on the backend — deploying to AWS GovCloud and Azure Government environments. You will collaborate directly with government stakeholders and participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack features using React, Next.js, .NET, and Node.js
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
- Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with UX designers and product owners on feature requirements
- Deploy and maintain applications in AWS GovCloud and Azure Government
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React/TypeScript and .NET or Node.js
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with federal IT projects or FedRAMP environments
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility compliance
- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or similar modern frameworks
- Active Public Trust or higher clearance
